SIDEZIM (CONCENTRATE)

Composition: subtilisin enzyme (bacterial protease) as the active ingredient, as well as a number of additives.

Consistency and properties: a transparent purple liquid with a minty smell. The concentrate has a pH of 6.0-8.0. The product has good cleaning properties with low foaming.

Packaging: 1-liter and 5-liter polyethylene containers with 8-cm3 and 20-cm3 nozzles, respectively.

Toxicity: Class 4 of low-hazard substances

Application: working solutions of the product are prepared in glass, enameled, and plastic containers by adding appropriate amounts of the product concentrate to drinking water. Pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices is performed by immersion. For devices that do not have locking parts, channels, or cavities, a 0.8% concentration is used. The exposure time is 15 minutes. The devices are washed in the same solution for 0.5 minutes. Disassembled products are immersed in a 1.6% solution; products with locking parts are soaked open, after making several working movements in the solution to better penetrate the hard-to-reach areas of the products in the area of the lock. The exposure time is 15 minutes. The washing time is 1 minute. 0.8% solutions are used for pre-sterilization cleaning of flexible and rigid endoscopes. The temperature should be at least 18°C. The exposure time is 15 minutes. Washing is carried out in the same solution for 1-3 minutes. Pre-sterilization cleaning of instruments for flexible endoscopes is carried out in a 1.6% solution. Exposure time is 15 minutes. Washing is carried out for 1.5-2 minutes.

Shelf life: 2 years.
