STERRAD 100NX SYSTEM
The useful volume of the sterilization chamber is at least 100 liters. The temperature in the sterilization chamber should not exceed 50°C. A sensor that detects high humidity inside the sterilization chamber is necessary to prevent corrosion of the sterilized medical devices.
The sterilizing agent is hydrogen peroxide.
The method of converting hydrogen peroxide into plasma is the effect of an electromagnetic field under negative pressure inside the chamber. The action of the sterilizing agent occurs automatically, only when the pressure inside the chamber is negative, during the sterilization process, to prevent leakage into the room.
The sterilizing agent must be contained in sealed, patented plastic cartridges for the safety of personnel, with separate ampoules for each sterilization cycle. Evaporation or leakage of the sterilizing agent from this type of packaging is not possible.
Voltage/current/frequency – 380-415V/30A/47-63 Hz, 3-phase.
The equipment sterilizes medical devices without restrictions on their manufacture (with the exception of bandages and linen containing cellulose), including: rigid and flexible endoscopes, their accessories (the latest generation of flexible endoscopes with a video matrix), anesthesia and respiratory equipment, plastic and rubber products, surgical instruments (including hollow and multi-channel instruments), and any other expensive and complex thermolabile instruments and equipment (with the exception of liquid and bulk materials) that cannot withstand prolonged exposure to temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius. The ability to sterilize medical devices with a channel length of up to 1500 mm and an internal channel diameter of 0.7 mm.
The standard sterilization cycle lasts 45-47 minutes, and the extended cycle lasts 42 minutes. The sterilization cycle can be interrupted automatically or manually in the event of an error. The error code can be displayed on the LCD display. The sterilization cycle can be canceled if necessary. The sterilizer can be controlled using a touch screen display. The sterilization chamber is rectangular with two shelves (g/w) measuring at least 1791×1016×775 mm. The distance between the shelves should be at least 80 mm.
The sterilizer has an optional connection to the clinic’s computer network for monitoring the circulation of medical instruments. When installing the sterilization system, additional equipment such as ventilation systems, water supply, and drainage is not required. The sterilizer has a printer for logging the following sterilization cycle parameters: total cycle duration, temperature, and pressure.
